Positive: I book at hotels/motels often and I'd like to say the customer service at this place is one of the best I've ever experienced and I don't say that lightly. I usually buffer time for check-ins because I know how tedious and long they can get but not the case here! Was done in 2minutes!!! They didn't require a bond which I found super convenient and was why the process was so much faster than the typical check-ins. Lee was amazing she explained politely who she was and where she'll be should I require anything as she handed me a cute glass bottle of cold milk and my room key. We decided to do a little escape for a weekend and this place looked nice and modern with a spa bath so we booked it the night before but the quality service is the reason why I've gone out of my way to write a review. Where you stay sets the tone for a trip and this was the best decision we made. Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

Negative: Didn't bother me but parking can be a little tight/cosy outside your room if the motel is fully booked.

Summary: Quality Service and time efficient!! Perfect Stay for a family of 4(two adults, two kids >10).
